www.rateyourmusic.com would be the closest I know of. It allows you to keep a collection, and has a lot of obscure stuff in the database. You can make your collection public, and choose the format (incl. digital 
), and give it a rating, but it's not really as detailed for collectors as dvdaf. Worth checking out though.
