Our new commercial

Obviously u can tell Im a bit bored..
Our last commercial was a bit of a failure! Lacked, the aggression and tone that would extend viewers to go out and buy a Carlton membership. We need something that will grab the viewer a lot more.
It would be good if it started showing Chris Judd running around and then a credit saying 'He has joined'
Then show Stevens 'He is Back'
Then some very quick highlights of the team last year and say ' Their ready for a big season'
'Now its time for you to come back'
Carlton 2008 'we are the navy blues'
Maybe with the song you know my name by Chris Cornell

I loved the Hawthorn one where they played the club song in the club rooms or wherever it was. Something with a bit of nostalgia mixed with a lot of new, exciting stuff.

Would be good to combine it with Hyundai's newest lot of car add's. Create a high budget mass promoted add similar to the way that Ford use the Aussie cricket team Finished with their logo, "proud sponsors of the blues" with our membership details!

Make the kids faces known Australia wide, remind Australia of the cfc brand! Imagine Eddy watchin himself on tv and having to watch atleast one Carlton/Hyundai add each break!

I shave daily, i don't need gillette advertising when there is only two choices of razor! So why have they just made the most expensive add campaign?

Its about strengthening the brand nationally and hopefully globally. Its the best time to act rather than sit back on the fat of Judd!

Of course we could do with one HBF! Judd and Kreuzer - yeah it's exciting in draft time, but draft time is pretty much over. I know a lot of people that are Blues supporters and not members. I think that every little bit of persuasion helps

Judd and Kreuzer dont get the emotions stirring, they're new people, they dont bring passion from the past. Something abit nostalgic, something that pulls at the heart strings needs to be used not just the fact that we have 2 new players at the club.

Actually prefer the one they're running on SEN at the moment featuring that most famous of Kennedy's addresses, "DON'T THINK, DOOOOOO!" Although i reckon right now that the Blues campaign should focus on the future right now not necessarily the past.
