With the draft now complete, I cant help thinking that Yarran, Edwards, and now Rioli have the potential to improve each others games. They all complement each other, and are creative forwards with some real speed and the ability to lock the ball in.

Our forward line could look like this.

Deledio Tyrone Edwards
Rioli Reiwoldt Yarran

We have two talls, that can mark the ball. Tyrone plays deep and leads straight from the square to either create a spill to allow our smalls to race on to it or mark it. We have Jack being Jack, who will be able to beat his opponent more often then not also with the ability to lead deep up the ground to mark then hit up one of our creative medium/smalls.

Just looking at it, the ability to lock the ball in and harass a opposition defenders trying to clear the ball is going to be great to watch. I am excited lol

Yarran will play wing or across half back IMO. Edwards and Rioli in the pockets with Lennon, Deledio, Martin and Cotchin all rotating through makes me moist.

I also think Vickery will have a huge year this season. We're going to kick some massive scores.

My dear friend, I agree.
We really have gone all out to get rid of the vanilla flavour our team has had for a long while. These guys all playing in the one side will bring even more tiger faithful to the footy just to watch their magic. I just can't wait for 2016 to come.

I just don't want to only win, I want to see mesmerising footy and these guys have the ability to do that.

Go tiges!!!

Our scoring firepower should really become less of a problem from here on in. Jack is as safe a bet to go 50+ as anyone in the league, Tyrone goes about 2 goals a game so if he pulls a full season together should go 40+, Lids could quite comfortably go 40+ if he plays a full season as a half forward, you've got guys Edwards, Martin, Cotchin rotating through there all capable of kicking 20+, Yarran is quite capable of kicking 15+ from half back as he has shown before, potentially add in the likes of Lennon, Griffiths, Rioli and C.Ellis and it has the potential to be quite potent.

Why do the three amigos have to be indigenous? These are my amigos. :p

DH said himself that the first pick at the draft are players he expects to be in the ones the following year, and apart from injury that has usually been the case, so no reason to think Rioli, if he manages to live up to expectations, wont get a decent run in the ones through out the year.

Id be pretty surprised if Rioli was pushing for senior selection early on , could be totally wrong , could absolutely thrive once school is finished and he is full on at all
My gut feel is he could be a sneaky chance to debut deep into 2016, but hey wtf do we know
Oh and yazza off hbf is a smokescreen , definite wingman , HB will be transitioning to the man in the middle , never mind about that

It could look like :

Deledio Tyrone Edwards
Rioli Reiwoldt Yarran

But IMO it is unlikely because starves the side of inside mid rotations . That forward line would leave cotchin, Martin , conca , miles , Grigg, lambert on the bench or in the midfield and rotating on the bench and with two of them out of the side . Whilst no room for a back up ruckman .
