Over-Reactor

Over-Reactor is yet another band fronted by Ezekiel Ox (Mammal, Full Scale, The Ox and the Fury), and Cory Blight (ex Dukes of Windsor drummer).

They call themselves as a hip-hop/punk/metal duo with just them and only them on stage. I recorded a few songs at their Ding Dong Lounge gig last night, including the track Something More which features Chris Cheney (The Living End) on guitar;

Awesome debut if you ask me, with the Ox at his best with his vocals. They haven't done that many gigs yet, so can only get better from here. I'm quite a big fan of his work, and get along to everything he's involved with.

Not sure if I like what they signed on my copy of the album, though.

Was trying to get to this gig Friday night but work commitments f..ked that .

Have listened to this album 2-3 times now and whilst its raw ... its shows clearly where the brains of Mammal were . RATM is right on his sleave in a lot of this which i can't get enough of .

Needs to find a guitartist and bass player that he can get along with for more than 5 minutes if he is going to be fair dinkum about this because its like watching Karaoke in its current form .

I think its potentially the best thing Zeke has done ... and i was a huge Mammal fan so its a big call
