Loved his comment about NA and Hawkins not working well together in the last 5 weeks.

No they we're both right, given Geelong's easy wins this year we had to win the way we did today. And how good was it! We will win heaps of respect because of today's win.
Both Healy and Parkin were terrible, if you switched off the video and just listened to them you would have thought the Cats were down by 40pts.
I thought that there must have been something I'm missing. Obviously sixteen points - which was as big as the margin got - was insurmountable compared to the comebacks on Friday night and yesterday!
Does anyone know Healy's views on the performance of S. Australian teams at AAMI in close games? I think he mentioned it in passing once, but I must have missed it.
I like Healy but this was not one of his best. I think the game has passed Parkin by.
Healy said that it was dangerous if the Crows were within a kick going into the last quarter because they have the ability to find 2-3 quick goals and win it even if it is against the flow of play. He kept on about for the whole quarter so I don't see why you missed it.
He went on about it through most of the second half: I reckon he said it about fifteen times, but I'll do a count when I watch the replay and provide an official figure!Sorry I'll turn my sarcasm up a little next time!He went on about it through most of the second half: I reckon he said it about fifteen times, but I'll do a count when I watch the replay and provide an official figure!

Sort of. A physiologist studies living organisms, a physiotherapist offers a physical form of treatment. I didn't hear Healy's comments, but I'd assume he's incorrectly distinguishing between sports scientists and medical teams. Biomechanics and scientific (non-quackery) kinesiology etc, are all disciplines of physiology. It's such a broad term that it's effectively useless, your local chemist or nurseryman is technically a physiologist. One thing I was jacked about was Healy constantly saying 'Physiologist', I know there is Physiotherapists, is he just getting his words mixed up or is there an actual medical expert of this nature ??

I don't think the game's passed Parkin by, rather his interest in the sport has waned to the point where he'll no longer pay attention to games outside his own broadcast match, or to individual players. But he's always struck me as having a solid understanding of a club's psyche and the fundamentals of team-building, leadership etc, which I value in his comments.
Then (to German) he'll definitely be referring to some kind of sports scientist when using the term physiologist.Gerard Healy is a qualified physiotherapist - for those speculating that's what he meant earlier I doubt he'd mistake the name of his own profession!
