What is the minimum requirement for next year in terms of on-field performance? Bottom line is, we have to make finals. Should be aiming for a top 4 position, but would anyone truly be disappointed if we didn't achieve it?
Pass Mark: Finals
Aims: Finals + at least second stage of finals

Anything less will be seen as an huge disappointment and just may see Dimma to the door.

Fair call on the first part. Not sure if serious on the last line. Actually, you can't be serious on the last line..o_O

Depends on the circumstance of us missing out. Just miss out due to some close losses and percentage and Dimma will be around.

Few games out and some questionable losses.... Goodbye Dimma.

Dimma won't be out the door... even if we had a mediocre year next year he would be given the next year to rectify it... then maybe if we had another bad year he'd go. Honestly, the improvement he has made to the RFC is top notch and I expect it to continue to improve as he also get's better as a coach.

Bright future for the Tigers with him around.

Having said all that... I'm gonna put our passmark at finals, anything lower and I'll be dissapointed. I'll also be dissapointed if we just scrape into the finals. This year we demanded a finals spot, I would think with natural improvement in all our youngsters we can match or better our output this year.

For Dimma to be sacked we will need to win less than 7 games.

Pass is first week finals.

anything above that is a good year.

top 4 will see certain posters wetting themselves.
top 2 will see all posters wetting themselves
premiership and i may just completely lose my sh*t

Top 6 and win at least 1 final.

Would also say 2 wins over top 4 sides as a secondary objective.

finals is a MUST and should be from now on.

Top four is within our reach. It is a hard ask, but doable - BTW F**k you hayden ballentine.

The heat is seriously upon us next season

6-5th will be expectations but a top 8 finsih will serfice with teams like carlton, north, WCE all adding to there lists and improving

Must make finals, no negotiation on that unless we have a shocker with injuries

well with no trading occurring etc it would seem the club thinks we have depth to cover - therefore finals and a finals win is a must regardless of injuries.

exception would be lids, cotch, dusty all going down... touch wood not

This year we finished 5th after the home and away season. Pass mark for me next season is a top 4 finish. Do that and win a final and we're a game away from a Grand Final appearance.

Wouldn't be out of the question to miss finals.... we had a pretty good run with injuries this season and our depth was able to get us comfortable over.

15 clubs are fighting for the top 8 and I reckon it will be tight squeeze to get in... as low as 11 games might be enough to get in.

At the end of next year we should have about 15-16 players that have played over 100 games.... so there really isn't many excuses now.

IMO the upcoming season will be Dimma's third season as coach (the other years were pure development). If we miss finals the pressure will be on. But he will survive.

Win a final. Elimination most likely I feel, Qualifying or Semi a bonus as it puts into a Prelim.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I had us winning 1 big stage game last year. Round 1 v Carlton and we fell over the line.

Lost to Bombers - dreamtime
Lost to Pies - massive crowd
Lost to Carlton - 2nd meeting
Lost to Geelong - MCG big crowd

Defeating the hawks was great, wouldn't call that a blockbuster game though, the Hawks looked at half speed.

We need to start winning the big games on the big stage. I think it is the elephant in the room that nobody at the club talks about.
