Hey ... i will eat humble pie when it is there to be scoffed :thumbsu:

Currently winning our B & F for mine .

Our best second forward option since Stewie Edwards/Steven Jurica

Season is only two games old but travelling beautifully ... goal of the year to boot

yep, his travelling very well, seems to have added abit of mongrol, as long as he can keep it up for the whole season:thumbsu:

I dont think Patty B will have to ride the skateboard to training this Thursday - the knee pads can stay at home. Next week he will be selected on unquestionable merit. Good on him.

The goal was unreal I was out of my seat!

He is playing well. Seems to have Richmond in his blood and is coming of age since moving to Richmond from sh*t Bulldogs. I am considering him for my dream team, but for some reason I am not totally convinced yet. He is a total magnet and used it alot better this week than last. Needs a few more good performances before he is a regular but definatly playing good footy, had a great pre-season, and I am liking the looks of him.

Call me Pie Face...

Always had talent, never had self-belief. Now he is up and running we get to enjoy the talent, hopefully he doesn't drop his bundle and go missing for a month like he was prone to at the Dogs.

Also helps that we don't play him as a CHF asking him to take marks and play in front of a defender who will rough him up. Let him play like the HFF he is and its all good :thumbsu:

shows plenty of talent, Ive always watched him closely and noted that in recent yrs he has started seasons strongly, only to fade ..as weaver mentioined with a bit of belief perhaps he can take his game to a new level.....here's hoping coz richo cant buy a goal right now

ps. how the heck did he missed the easiest shot of the night hitting the post at coventary end!

I whole-heartedly agree. Has been a standout for us in 2 losses.

Not to mention the raw passion he shows for this club. IMO, he undoubtably LOVES playing for the yellow and black. Absolutely rapt to have him.

I'm sorry but "sh*t Bulldogs"?

More like from the Bulldogs to sh*t Richmond.

Coughlan missed an easy one too...We would have won if only we could kick straight

I would expect him to be more consistent than he was with us, already his defensive pressure in the forward line is better than it was on our list, and he seems to be playing more of a natural game style. Knowing he has put some runs on the board will help his confidence - and it was his head, not ability, that needed to improve.

I'll admit to cheering when he slotted the goal from the boundary line - some players just need a change of clubs to trun their careers around, here's hoping Paddy has found that little bit extra he needed to play regular senior football.

I'm still committed to the view that he's a hack. Glad to be proven wrong though.

I'll admit he's been a top 5 player both weeks so far. Good start for him.

Yep. Good start and has played beyond my expectations of him.

That goal also involved a bit of good tap work from Jacko as well.

love watching Pat play. huge fan of his. i just reckon he presents that extra option down the ground that we never used to have. like a tall option. and he has the ability to drop back and take a defensive grab, pretty versitile, great start, keep up the good work Pat :thumbsu:

Wheres the thread that every one was bagging the move in selecting P-Bowden:rolleyes:

Anyway you can tell he has more passion and guts playing for the Tiges.

Just take a look how he celebrates each goal ;)

He used to celebrate like that at werribee as well. Will be doing the same for Coburg by about round 8 - 10 ;)

If we are 'sh*t' what do we make of your rabble then?

Reading tripe like this just makes that 115 point demolition all the more enjoyable. Stick that up your pipe hole you dim wit!

Oh, as for the pea heart that is Patrick Bowden. On behalf of all the bulldog supporters, thank you dearly for taking him off our hands. Though, he would fit in nicely with our Werribee line up.
