On the AFL site there is an interview with Adam Pattison and is quite a good interview for the AFL site. Adam talks about the benchmarks he sets himself each game them being: 10 Hitouts, 6 marks, 3 tackles which as he says is looking to contribute to the team each week.
For a side note they asked what sort of things he does outside of footy and he said he got a Fishtank and has named a fish after Daniel Connors because it is an Albino with a red head.
So lets look how he has gone this year according to his benchmarks.

So he knows there is a long way to go but he understands he needs more time in the gym and so on. Nice to see this year he has kicked 5 goals this year after only kicking 4 all of last year so he is improving at going forward.
