He is probably still the best foward on our list. I hope that it was just an inability to get physically right and in the game and build up form and momentum.

I am a shade worried though, on the basis that while last season was a career best for Medhurst he had played some pretty good seasons for Freo when playing as the small focal point FF. I hope that he can adjust and play the HFF role he looked promosing in before Rocca went down last year.

Yeah, I reckon Medders is his best when he is the Number 1 Forward/Target in the Forward Line and not playing Second Fiddle
