How far away is he from his injury?

Will he be a walk up start? I think he will be . He brings with him someone that is willing to and is able to run through the corridor. Des does this but not as often as Peake. He is a player that we have missed not just for pace but for enthusiam aswell.

I heard on the news about a week ago that he was 2 weeks away form a return to the WAFL... so I guess that means not this wekeend, but next. I reckon if he gets through comfortably at that level, he'll be straight back in - so maybe Rd10 v Collingwood at MCG, or Round 11 v Richmond @ Subi.

To hear Peake himself talk, hos fitness has actually gotten better. He just can't do any contact work.

And about the forearm guard, apparantly its because he basically snapped his arm in half rollerblading when he was about 17.

I seen him interviewed on Fox Sports during the Hawthorn game and he reckons he is back into full training.
