Team possibly going too well but I would really like Cooper to get back, he really is a weapon. Its going to be a difficult juggle for Walls needing to turn the depth over a bit the next couple of years while needing maturity to support Freo as needed.

Peel having only a few actually at WAFL level makes it harder still.

Simpson was Peel's best user of the ball by hand and foot. He seems to have more awareness than most of what is around him and gets it off quick and clean.

Watched bits and pieces today, Simpson looked a class above others.
I was impressed by Deleans attack on the ball. Looks to have bulked up a bit as well.
Fyfe got a lot and worked hard.
Atrocious conditions. The days of old.

I missed the first couple of minutes after half time, so I missed it.

Not sure what the ground conditions were like at Leederville but East Perth kicked 20:4 today against West Coast.

Simson was prolific user which makes it hard to beleive in such bad conditions...Aish used ball well too...Fife have been very good played 3/4...Sharp succesfully avoided any contacts...Walker looked like kow on the ice as was Davies...In the midle Brodie,Narkle,Reidy fought hard but unfortunatelly all for nothing bcs rest of the bunch was quite useless...

I dropped by whilst in Leederville getting GYG. Watched about 10mins from Leederville TAFE. The ground was pretty muddy but Lake Claremont was definitely worse.

JL said during the week that he would like another kicker coming out from defence and would like to get Cooper into the side but he needs to build conditioning and game form. The bits I saw Cooper was good. In his comments he also mentioned Walker but sounded like Coops is ahead of Walker.
