has anyone heard more about perrie leaving, have a whisper his manager has met with both WA clubs?

The Channell Ten report last week said he was shopping around for a new WA Manager. Whether they stuffed it up and in fact his manager was shopping him around WA is another question.

I am at a loss to work out what most of you want from Perrie. Given the opportunites he hasn't let us down. In the last two years when he was played at CHF as the go to person he has done all the can be asked. That is provide a strong body, provide a contest and work his guts out. I'm sure we would love a Tredrea Brown or Hall, but this is not going to happen. To think that we have Rutten bock Hentschell and watts as KPP is just deluding yourselves there bodies apart from rutten are still a year away atleast

The talk of getting rid of Perrie is ludicrous as he is a valuable member of the forward line who would have made further progression if had not been placed on the back burner behind an aging star by an incompetent coach.

I accept the fact that his skills still need work but he has shown by running hard and putting his body on the line he will be an effective CHF although not a champion like those mentioned previously. After all he was stitching up the supposed AA CHB 2 weeks ago.

I agree that Perrie is by far our best short term prospect at CHF. He was giving Chad Cornes a decent touch up in the Showdown until Cornes was moved. Since coming back in the last part of this year he hasn't put a foot wrong. The club should be looking to hang on to him not trade him.

I was under the impression that Ian Perrie wanted to leave; the club doesn’t want to lose him. If he wants out. Let him leave.

I don't want to lose Perrie. It's just that there are reports of him wanting to go home.

If you were a professional footballer and had been stuffed around as much as he has wouldn't you being looking at all options. We can't afford to let him leave, otherwise we will being seeing more of the brisbane game where we were pummelled as young fellas will be taking on to much responsibility, and they are not up to it yet.

I agree on all counts. I guess at this stage we just dont know whether Pez is considering all options, or is desperate to go home or whether neither is true.

The Crows have shown to be accommodating to players wanting to return to their home state.
