Perth in January

I am coming up to Perth next friday(11th Jan) and am wondering if there is anything good happening between the 11th-18th that i JUST can't miss.
Any good places to go, i must be able to get there via public transport.
I already have a few plans, but want more to do.

hmmm. Hopman cup has just finished so negative on tennis. I have no idea when or if they're playing one day internationals this season!

You could probably go to Sunset Cinemas in Kings Park one night and see something good. They've got Shakespeare on there at the moment too (but I forget which one it is).

The Endeavor was in dock in Freo this week but I don't know how long its staying for sorry!

Best thing to do is read the papers!

International Cricket match is on Sunday, Feb 3. The Warriors game if Day/Night should start at 1.30pm (although It's a good idea to check the paper/website if they have changed the start times)

I guess coming from Albany you don't need to go to the Beaches here in Perth. If you want to do some shopping, the city is ok to go.

yes, i'm going to go to subi(right near where i am staying) and go to the eagles store, i am going out to where i used to live and i am going into the coty for a bit of a browse, plus going to westfield and the galleria via bus
So i have Warriors Wednesday night
This Saturday i am REALLY pushing it, gonna go watch the widlcats, then mosi on down to the soccer
Is it best to pre-book tickets for all these sports? or can i just get them at the gate?
