Just wondering how he rates with you cats supporters, wouldn't mind seing him down at Collingwood next year, Speaking to some geelong peole they reckon he is no good. I think he is a very good ruckman that doesn't get enough game time at the Cats.

Could be good with a bit of effort.

Definitely has potential... although we have been saying that for 5 years now :o

As long as Steven King is still going strong at Geelong, Peter Street will never be number one ruck and therefore, it's probably in his best interests, (and ours) for him to move to another club and for us to get something for him.

I think Scotland would be handy in our midfield. Straight Swap? Tom Davidson?;) Also we need a small crumbing forward. Maybe Leon Davis. We could probably get more than just Leon with the competition mounting. The Western Bulldogs are very keen (H/S said they could offer pick19) as are a number of other clubs who need ruckman like Essendon, Syd, and StK.

Since Scotland wants to leave....I'll give you a Heath Scotland and a Leon Davis or a third round draft pick for Street. Deal?

i'd definately take Scotland and Davis as a package because they are specific to our needs. One's an outside midfielder and one's a crumbing forward (no more HBF's). I'd even throw in our 4th rd pick.

Generally I don't like package deals because club B - the one recieving the package - usually gets screwed. ie a good player for a couple of duds but that isn't the case in this trade.

Couldnt we keep him and chambers. Sure street cant dominate but it would take a strong matchup if he was moved foward for 15mins.

Steven King is fantastic but he is slightly injury prone from his last couple of years and i wouldnt trust chambers to go it alone. Unless of course Gardiner/Playfair could do it in which case Pete could go elsewhere.

Street for Buckley sounds good to me. We may be being short changed though

Ruck is what we need, to take the load from Darcy. Hopefully he could get some coaching in goalkicking. He'd be handy in the goalsquare if that could accomplished and Darce is in the ruck.

In todays Hun it says Street is very keen on the Bullies, whether a deal can be struck or not...
Street is pretty good in the ruck, with taps etc.
Around the ground he is pretty useless although he did prove he can go forward and kick a few later in the year

So what are the Dogs going to give us for the big bloke? 47 hit outs and 2 Brownlow votes in his last game. He's gotta be worth a half decent trade!

You're only as good as your last game! :D

What can they offer us? Hopefully Joel Bowden from the Tigers in a three way deal involving Brown.
