Peter "Woosha" Welsh RIP

I'm looking through the Richmond board for details on Woosher but can't find any.

I only just found out he passed on after losing his long battle with cancer and am sad to hear of the loss.

I remember meeting Woosha at one of the nightclubs down at the Banana Alley precinct in the early 90's and my flatmate told me a lot about his exploits. He was one of your best in a premiership along with KB and I thought there would be more on him here?

Unfortunately for the Lions this week your black armbands tomorrow night will tell a story and the Tigers should be pumped and do it for Woosha (the original Woosha!).

It is sad, died last Friday, their is a thread for it somewhere.
But the guys won't be wearing a black armband this week, wore two last week, one for Welsh and one for Lindsay Thompson

Thank heavens for small mercies.

My condolences to the Welsh family and to the Richmond people who knew him. Was a ripper bloke.
