Phone plan

This is an unusual one...
I'm currently on a phone plan with Crazy Johns (they are good, surprisingly) and my phone is currently in as good as a state as the car Browny broke . Would anyone know if I want to change my plan and get a better phone I'd have to pay.

Usually I would just call customer service, however I'm currently overseas and don't have any access to a phone.

You'd have to pay out your current contract. X months times $Y dollars.

Or just buy yourself a new phone

Kogan-$79 for 3 months or $299 a year. Unlimited calls and text 6gb data reset every 30 days.

Was your phone insured?
Most plans include insurance.

Also I believe Crazy Johns is being wound up, a subsidiary of either Optus or Vodaphone.
Give them a call and ask to be transferred to the parent company and they will almost certainly upgrade you phone during change over for nix.

Amaysim or Kogan referenced a few posts before yours. Pretty good deals. I'm considering going from post to pre for them.
