Appreciate the effort but that's terrible for Richmond. We need mids desperately, particularly speedy ones, not utilities and KPPs. We'd likely take any of De Goey, Duggan or Ellis ahead of Langford and I can't see us taking a KPD at 33. Best available mid there too.

You've actually got Ramsay going twice too.

Duggan is listed as KPD/KPF, can't find Ellis or Menadue and Wilkinson is listed twice (40&61. I'd rather Menadue than Garlett and someone with fwd/mid ability rather than Blakely, other than that it looks good.

Thanks for that will fix up

and i find that blakely is very underated, avg 17 touches at 76% in the Champions and at the right club will be a star, i feel that Garlett adds some speed to your midfield and even more dangerous. Garlett is someone who will likely be placed wing/half foward and very able to kick 15 -20 goals.

Do you really think Waylen Manson will be drafted this year mate? I'd be excited if we got him but I'm not sure if he'll ever make it. He gave up easily in the recruit but was also a loveable character and a good guy.

I know that we were/are very into Waylen and i hope/think we should take the risk, and on the recrult he showed that even if he didnt want to a challenge that fought though it.

Good effort. But Saints taking 3 KPPS? Don't see that happening (McKenzie/McDonald/Ramsey)...

That is now changed, but with McKenzie and Ramsey. Both have huge ceiling, and if developed right you can really build your forward line around them after Riewoldt goes. and with your young and building midfield which i really rate. it's a good developing side

Good effort, I like how you've stuck to what you believed and not followed trend with a few things. Personally I really like Blakely at Freo and think all the hype around them needing key possi players is rubbish especially if they take Goddard as he will take 3-4 years to develop

Hey all, This year i have watched nearly all TAC games and the champing game and studied them closely often read all the phanton drafts and i thought i would have a go at, i will not be putting a bio of the player up, because there is already many around, but will answer any questions about a certain player.

What are you talking about the bulldogs don't have to use pick 45 and 46 on Jong and redpath when the can use 82 100 and 118 I'm pretty sure. ??

Dogs are definitely using 45 (at least) in the draft, taking Hamling means we'll need another delisting to use 46 but I'd be disappointed if we didn't go with both, especially in a deep draft. 45/46 will be live most likely.

Yes, you are correct and i have changed pick 45, but due to the dogs having to delist another player to use pick 46 i have left Redpath on pick 46 untill they have.

I love The look of Blakley for the Bombers. Tough inside mid that wins the ball. These are the sorts of players you can rely on in games. Agree that we need some outside speed and goal kicking ability from our other pick though. Maybe a Tom Lamb. What do you reckon?

Surely port won't just pick up glenn ken has said he wanted "two or three talls" sure a couple of these could be on the rookie list but surely we won't only use one pick, our recruiting team has found a gem extremely late a few times in the past I would back them to do it again even though we start so late in the draft. Maybe a pittonet, creeper, Frampton or tester type player

I feel like we have enough inside midfielders at the moment and should be focusing on outside pace and fwd/mid's. Garlett would be a good addition, but I feel like his potential is limited to being an outside runner only (Brad Hill/Lewis Jetta). However, Menadue at the very worst would become a decent outside runner. At the moment he's a twig, but over time I can see him turning into a Ryan Griffen'esque player judging by his clearance work, explosiveness and goal kicking ability. At 20 I can see us going for a Ahern/De Goey/McLean and even Langdon because we need another small/medium forward with good goal sense that can do a shift in the midfield to cover for Chappy's departure.

I'd much rather Menadue than Lamb, I just get the feeling he's going to dominate in a few years time. Lamb would be a good pickup, has a poor mans Goddard feel about him, not a fan of his forward line word and we already have enough rebounding defenders. As for Blakely, I definitely rate him highly however I don't feel like we need a pure inside mid and since he doesn't have much forward/defensive ability we would be better suited to a De Goey/Ahern/McLean/Duggan/Ellis.

Fair enough. Suppose some breakaway speed is definitely needed.

The only thing is that at your pick 57 there isnt much players left, but there is always a gem left till late so you never know
