Yes we lost badly today, everyone is gutted.

but have a read through all the thread titles and see how bad we as suporters look.

its one thing to be hurting and disappointed and another to blatantly slag off your team as if they weren't trying. they lost, but i guarantee you they all trued and would be hurting more than us.

i'm sick of fair weather supporters who can't be constructive with their criticism and act like west australian reporters and bitch and moan and slag off our players.

all i ask is show some respect and be constructive in your criticism. all these negative bitches are adding to our club looking stupid.

i think our supporters were tougher during our dark days. i cant remember this sort of bitching when we won the spoon.

Some of those players have had 4 or 5 years of chances, to show that they can play with pride, put 100% into every game and they've constantly let us down with a lack of effort. Most posters here don't bag players undeservedly and without some degree of fore-thought.

* They gave up a 50 pt lead
* Melbourne won by a Goal!
* Robbo Dominated as soon as some of our class left the field.
* Harvey couldnt coach his way out of a paper bag, and if you bring up the Geelong game.. We still lost when we should have won!

Get with Reality, they need criticism and need to know that its not good enough.

Well a couple are more offensive than others, but our supporters have always been a mixed bag and a passionate lot. I wouldn't expect any different a reaction considering that being the most gut-wrenching loss ever. I think we need to give them a bit of licence to 'vent'.

it's not about looking good. its about showing some morality, realising it's just a game, and potentially showing some constructive criticism. maybe comment on match ups, stoppage set up ups, forward line structure etc etc, you know, then tings that actually cost is the game, rather than people thinking the answer is "sack this bloke cos he's shit".

I started one of those threads. And after a few beers, and a bex,I have calmed down somewhat, but I agree with what I said. I was there, and we were diabolical.

We do pride ourselves of supporting our team, through (rarely) thick and (too often) thin. I love this club - and eating our own is not the cool thing to do. But we (justifiably) are angry.

It's like a Greek tragedy.
We all love this club - everyone should calm down but the positives are the same old - Pav, young players etc.

I hate to think what Pav's thinking right now.
