So this week seems to be a fairly easy week to tip, with not much value.

However the margins do hold some value. Do you know that Carlton is been given a 27+ headstart by the bookies and paying $2, thats crazy, I'm all over it like Nick Stevens on a cup cake (jks)

The dogs ended up good value around 1.80 last night for <39 points.

Anyone else know of any good value bets this weekend? or bets worth getting on?

using centrebet i had doggies, kangas, sydney, freo, geelong and got $3.48 got a lazy $50 on that...

umm betfair tonight I had $75 on sydney at $1.23 wasn't bad, 23% return... better than a bank account...

bluejudd, when betting keep that in mind... sometimes low odds aren't that bad, essentially if you had that money in a bank account it would take you a year to accumulate 8%... 23% in 3 hours is pretty good when you think of it that way

Another hot tip... jump on betfair. Early in the week you can get some good odds just when the AFL markets open since it is a one on one betting not the conventional better against the house. For example I got the saints at $1.80 against the blues, had $50 on that, was a happy man... in ways

aahh i've had bad experiences with multi's once had a massive multi going in a few soccer games, had about 8 dead set favourites all 8 won , happy times hey?

Until I learn one bet is invalid beacuse they won in extra time....could've won over $1000, have not bet since

in a punters club at work, my turn this week... $30 to spend...
- dogs over 15.5's, geelong, freo over 15.5's, hawthorn, kangas... $4.39 got $15 on it...

- Storm, PSV, Chelsea, Bayern Munich - $3.22 got $10 on it

- dogs, freo, geelong, sydney, kangas, hawthorn, cronulla, roosters, Nadal paying $10.97 got $5 on it...

all looking good thus far, the bolds are still to play.

calculated bets my friend... only bet on things you know and trust. See on centrebet you can bank a sport called Bandy... christ I have NO IDEA what the hell that is, so steer clear. However with West Coast's out and Sydneys good form, I took the $1.23 with confidence and the $75 (i felt) was safe all the way! again, 23% in three hours... gold!

I hear you on the multibets though, the key is to control greed... my post above I got one outragious, one ultra conservative (which would win my $30 back) and one realistic belter that would double our money... I hope all three get up though

multi's + soccer = bad bad bad

just have to use options of "incl extra time"... when betting straight out the "draw no bet" clause is a great bet, lower odds but you can load up a little more especially if it is man utd vs doncaster rovers

and everton to beat derby = 1-1 draw

so not good.

the possibility is too high in soccer and definately killed me tonight as has in the past.

so no more soccer betting for me

i suspect your using TAB... the Tri bets are great... always keep an eye on the lines... sometimes you get a good match up on the head to heads with the players...
