Pav had a better season than we give him credit for I think, we just expect such high standards of him. He'll still poll well.

I thought our eligibility mirrored the AFL rising star rules which would make Broughton ineligible? If not he should win.

Suban was more consistent than Hill I reckon, which counts for a lot in club B&Fs.

Each player gets a score of 0-4 for each game they played. With that in mind I can't see Broughton getting enough votes to finish that high. I reckon Taz and Duffman will poll more votes than Hase too.

Ibbotson, Mundy and even McPharlin will probably poll more votes than Broughton unfortunately.

I was thinking this the other day. Surely it would be better to get it out of the way earlier instead of holding it smack bang in the middle of the period when we should be concentrating on drafting and trading.

Maybe they are having it after trade week to avoid the awkward situation that would arise if Drum, Peake, and anyone else seaking a trade attended??
