I feel Harris will be more consistent in the 70-80 area while Swallow will be a tagging target and his scores will be more variable. Will probably go with Harris.

To replace Brown:

Didak vs Jack Riewoldt?

One's in great form but plays for Richmond and came up against a very porous defence, while the other's had a slower start but should still be a keeper.

Edit: I can throw Gilbert in there too, since I just realised I'm replacing someone with the same bye week as him.

That's a pretty tough one. I'd add a couple more options in there.

Didak's 50 odd was less than inspiring and Riewoldt won't continue with those scores for the year (although he does do well against the Saints)

Already have N. Riewoldt, Franklin and Pavlich.

Chapman, Green, Rioli, Goodes, Sylvia and ROK all have bye issues in Weeks 4, 5 or 6 in my forward line.

The only premium options I see are Didak, Harvey, Giansiracusa, Gilbert or J. Riewoldt unless I downgraded all the way to a mid-pricer.

I'm leaning towards Gilbert now because I was pretty happy with him last year. Harvey, Gia and Riewoldt are all massively inconsistent and I have a feeling Didak has a few more down weeks to come so I'm willing to trade up to him later for cheaper.

Didn't get to see all the game on Friday, however Gilbert did play more of a defensive role by the look of it, which is good for his SC scores.

Hope so. Swan to get 170 then :thumbsu:

Yeah, with Levi out I can't think of anyone to go with him.
He has a poor average against us though (for his lofty standards anyway)

More an x y or z, but which rookie should I have on the field? Richardson, Matera or Darling? I've already locked in Tapscott.

Richardson. Run of HBF, HFF or mid...great disposer of ball...only issue is Collingwood.

Yeah fair point but Darling scored better than him last week and like you said he's up against good opposition, then again collingwood keep the ball in their forward line more than any other team so if he's playing back he could rack up some stats...I might give him a go.

Talk about a week where most teams will be stacked with ''active'' players.

Choice for Defender 5, 6 & 7 between:
Lower, Heppell, Duigan, Otten and Toy

Choice for Midfielder 6 between:
Swallow, Harris, and Gaff

Choice for Forward 5, 6 & 7 between:
Richardson, Yarran, Prestia, Matera and Darling

Would be nice to have these issues ALL year! No doubt the players I leave on the bench will end up scoring well.

I could also move deledio into the mid field and have no rookies there and play Heppell and stanley in the backline

Backs: Lower & Heppell

Easily the standouts

Mids: Libba given they play Brisbane but Harris a could be decent. Would have gone swallow if you had him

Forwards: Tapscott & Darling

Westcoast should do well against port & Tapscott is proven to score well in his short career to date. Matera the Goldcoast option but I think they'll get pumped and he won't see much of the ball in forward pocket.

id say darling, just because gold coast could get absolutley pantsed

need two - swallow, harris, heppell

swallow and heppell, swallow won't get tagged and if heppell gets a enough of the ball... will use it well. harris is a working bee, not much of a high scorer i'd think.

Who to use as cover for Selwood.
Keeping in mind the MPP's can move from back and forward.

Irons vs Matera vs Toy vs Astbury (terrible pick) vs Richardson.

Leaning towards Astbury just to maybe justify my picking him.
Irons looked good on debut last week,
Matera and Toy are the unknowns
and I already have Petrie, Harvey and Tarrant from the Roos, so that turns me off Richardson a little.
