I have a friend who swears that Lleyton Hewitt (yes the tennis player) played at least one game for the Adelaide Crows. I bet him $50 that he has never been a Crows player.

Could an Adelaide Crows fan please advise me who is correct in this.

I'm not. My mate reckons when Lleyton was younger, he played a game for the Crows. As I don't follow the Crows, I have no idea whether when he was younger whether he was a champion footballer but went on to tennis.

For example the guy who plays for Port Adelaide (Brogan I think) was a champion basketballer before a footballer.
