It's a little early to tell, without getting suicidal. However, the form of today and last week isn't encouraging at all.

The accountability that was to change our fortunes has been non-existant lately, with opposition sides getting a clear run through the middle all day.

I think things will change this week, with a few players on notice. If we lose to the Bombers, then expect some drastic changes, with a couple of youngsters moving in to replace some more established players (or new recruits not performing).

Noway, we will improve, we just need time to get used to rhodes game plan, but theres no way we will get the spoon.

Me - option 1.

U didn't see round 1? Theres one team we're better than.

Besides we'll never come last as long as StKilda are around. We're a 5 goal better side than they are

I voted for option no 2 but we have to improve and quickly we lost two games that we were expected to win and the next three games are not going to be any easier.I dont think we will get the spoon though but based on our performance over the past 2 weeks we wont be good enough to even make the 8.

Pretty savage match report from Mark Robinson there. Ripped into us something nasty, we deserved a fair bit of it from our last performance but heres a few things I don't neccessarily agree with:

"The penchant to go for skilled, running midfielders in the draft is hurting them because, while they look lovely with the pill, there's too few players prepared to do the hard yards to get it to them. McMahon, Giansiracusa, Alvey, Dimattina, Eagleton ... the list is long. "

Dimma doesn't deserve to be in that list, as a matter of fact he is one of the rare few IMO prepared to go in hard and win his own bal. And I would hardly say that he looks lovely with the pill;) His skills migh not be the best but he provides a bit of desperation, bustle and physcality. Definatley not in the down hill skiing brigade.

"He kicked 4.5 and one out of bounds and, for a guy as talented as him, needs to convert more consistently. In three games this year he's booted 11.14. "

His conversion rate hasn't been the best but I don't think thats fair. 4 goals is a good effort, 6/7 would be better but we need the Johnno's, Bandy's, Smiths, McMahon to kick a regular 2 or 3 a game to provide soem support. Browny's missed shots don't hurt as much when Bandy manages to kick 3 for himself.

As for us 'winning' the wooden spoon, I doubt it. Form hasn't been great but I am certain that we are not the worst team going around. Hopefully Rohde will put a rocket up a few of em and things will turn around, I can't wait to see more of what I saw in R1

The blokes clueless. We need more guys like Dimma, he can't kick but he has balls and an feed the guys who can kick. We have to many runners like Alvey, Jordo and the Eagle and not enough guys to feed them the ball like Westy and Dimma

to early to decide yet we are only learning rhodes game plan but i hope they get it right real soon
