A very tight game, and no disgrace at all for England to lose to a very good side.....too many cheap wickets, but then again, some very good play by the Lankans.....the Bell runout was a turning point- tough call, but they did it by the book. Great rear guard effort by Nixon and Bopara to almost grab the win...and they would have thoroughly deserved it.

However, the Lankans niw march on- a final against the aussies would be excellent....

England will struggle to make the semis, but a win over the Seth Effricans could be the tonic they need. VERY critical game, that....

Poms fought very well, but Sri Lanka just never gave in and earnt the win I feel.

After losing to Sth Africa in a close one, it feels good to win one for once.
