you guys would have to be the softest supporters in the league and the most annoying. 7-0 and every saints supporter i know is giving me the ****s, its like theyve won 3 premierships in a row.

westernnugget - coming on here and being a sore loser is poor form, if you ask me.
I've been through some horrible times, but stuck firm. I can only imagine what supporters went through in the dismal 80's.
Those that stuck around are being rewarded with excellent form, how dare you begrudge them that because you can't hack getting beaten by a side you clearly view is inferior to your own.

Go and find some perspective and then come back.

Happily, if you are a Dockers fan, you're the first one I've spoken to who refuses to face facts and give us the congrats on a good win. Most Freo supporters are all class - you should take a leaf from thier book, dude.

As to you "hating" us - I didn't realise this was a populariuty contest. If it is, you've just blown your chance at Miss Congeniality big time, buster! :D

Dude, if being 7-0 was all that was required for us to feel like we've won 3 premierships in a row, then why did Brisbane take such a hard route?

Wnugget ...just the type of pinhead that you hope does not support your club (thank god he is one of them).

I spoke to quite a few St Kilda supporters before, during and after the game ......all very interested footy fans.

As a Freo supporter we have done it hard , stuck by em in the hard days ....why shouldnt clubs like us have a bit of fun? C'Wood...W Coast your turn - just remember we had a bit of class when it was our turn.

It was very easy for me to come across as the good supporter who acknowledges the other team as the classier outfit as what I saw on Saturday was a bloody good team in St Kilda.

Just for the record ....Guerra's bump was fair, the umpiring was good (let it flow, let it be tough and let it be consistent), your good palyers were great and your average players good. Riewoldt, Hamill, Gerhig ....strong, X was so fast and clean, Del Santo excellent.

We lost (and I'm super poopy about that) ....however hopefully you taught us a lesson taht we can turn to good use in September.

Sainters .......from my perspective both your team and your fans are class - there is no shame in acknowledging that you were beaten by the better team. It aint September yet though.

Western Nugget ....you are a **** mate

Looking forward to tightly fought battles with the Dockers over the next 10 years & cheers to all the dockers supporters on Big Footy - CLASS.

Oh, I'm so sad, someone I don't even know hates me through a generalised bashing of the footy team I support. How will I go on with my life! ;)

Oh please, if you are going to judge all Eagles fans because one guy comes in and bags Saints supporters you're rediculous. The remark that caught my eye was that Freo supporters are all class.You've never been to a game in Perth have you?I know a lot of really cool Freo supporters that I can watch the football with and have a laugh with but I also know alot who have been rubbing the Eagles' form in my face for weeks now and talking about how they are gonna make the finals and we aren't. I have come across alot of Dockers supporters on this forum who bag the eagles more than they talk about their own team( sorry should I have said E-girls, thats what our most mature rival supporters call our team). I think we should just accept the fact that every supporter base has its looseheads.;)

Freo supporters that I have spoken to on forums like this one and Saintsational are all class.
Gave us our props after we beat them at Subi, no whingeing or childish carry on like supporters of certain big Melbourne clubs I've watched us play.

If you haven't run into the same people, I'm sorry for you.
I can't tar all Eagles fans with the same brush, clearly. But what the initiator of this thread did was the same thing, so go and bag him/her.

I bet you any money, most of those newbies are from around your area too. Half of them still haven't forgiven us for moving from Moorabbin, that was 11 years ago!

I know what you mean but we can either have the loyal supporters that have always stuck with the team, struggle to 20,000 members every year and have to rely on the AFL to help us survive or attract thousands back to the fold and ensure our long term survival.
