Positives:
Win is a win, margin was a bit flattering but 4 points is 4 points.
Capitalised well on the ruck (non) selection
Sinclair looks like he's worked it out, very good first half
Schofield reads it so well and had a nice game after a few tough outings
Gaffy's has a great few weeks
Priddis was solid and helped the midfield go during some tough stretches
JD had a good return
HILLY!

Negatives
Big one is our continued inability to stop transition from out of our 50. Burned us early against Geelong and looked to hurt us today
Midfield of Selwood and Priddis just looks stagnant, get Yeo into the guts. Like Selwood but for structures sake he's got to go for a week or two
Injury threats, hope Gov is ok
Skills were poor, again a drop off since the early rounds
JK being unselfish better not cost him a medal, blaze away son, have a ping!

The workrate of the midfield has fallen off a cliff, 2nd to the ball & not spreading.

We've gone back to lazy football, no run and carry in the midfield, we prefer to just bomb it in long because "it's easier".

Richmond will flog us.

We were so much better with the Yeo/Sheed midfield/HFF rotation than we are with Selwood spending time in the middle.

Too much melting in the gameday thread. Anyone would have thought we lost. We done enough to win. As bad as Essendon have been the last couple of weeks they still have some quality players. Its not like they are Carlton.

Our midfielders are getting shown up at the stoppages. Priddis is the only one getting those tough 50/50 disputes at the feet. Natanuis hitouts have been great but sides are swarming at that drop zone and I suppose that extra out the side isn't coming into play if we're not winning it there. Yeo would have helped if he spent more time there and I think Sheed at least halves the contest in that thick bush scrub. Wrong choice of sub.

Positive we won and darling had a great comeback game. Missed his dynamic play.

Negatives: poor disposal, letting essendon control most of the quarters in the corridor. Not manning up leading to a high uncontested brand from essendon. A decent team would have destroyed us.
Selwood and priddis in the same midfield is all sorts of shit just winding us back to mediocre.

- the rot in the middle is back. Selwood should NEVER get a starting position in the midfield over Yeo and Sheed
