I reckon The Wet Toast told him to go out and be a complete dick and get in the papers and not to worry, 'cos' they'll still pick him up. Everyone else got scared off

Would not put it past the eagles to do just that. I hope we would also try to 'hide' a draftee if the opportunity presented, in a less evil eagle-like manner of course.

Btw if they were his instructions he went all out getting himself put in hospital like like that. I can't stand the guy but you can't deny he goes hard.
