Potential Matchday Banners

Our banners always look small and silly compared to other teams. Oh and how we have the split down the middle so the players can just walk through, completely defeats the purpose.

Always embarrasing when as the home team we have a tiny little banner to run thru at AAMI
Oh and they use the wrong blue!

The reason why they have to pre-cut the banner is because they dont use crepe paper anymore they use a much strong material, and they found it was very difficult for the players to 'burst' through so they now pre-cut it, I would like to see them go back to traditional crepe paper, but they dont want as they can re use the base for a few games

Our banners are generally smaller (height) due to restriction's on size by the SANFL, hence why Victorian clubs have larger banners, our pole can handle the larger banner but they make the base of the banner to suit SANFL rules.

The CSG is irking me more than ever this year, when I looked after the group in Melbourne we never heard boo from them, never put into any of the costs of running the group in Melbourne and I was left to fork for that out of my own pocket, now we cant keep the clowns away, they come over for every game the whinge all the time about the cold, the umpires(victorian), the pies arent as good the coke isnt as bubbly, you name it they whinge about it Now they will tell us how to run it all and they want it done their way the President is yelling at us all the time, Sunday he was screaming his head of to hurry up and get the banner out ont he ground as we were running late (1:35pm, players wont run out until at least 2:00pm) because they need to make sure they get photos of the banner, but I agree one side of it usually has the message on it, the other side is usually pure advertising, weather the AFC request this Im not sure. Anyway thats my rant dont get me started on the CSG

You seen the JAX supporter clothing they all wear that is completely the wrong colour......I laugh its a friken joke, and those jackets they wear out on the ground at AAMI, good lord I would think those jackets are 13yrs old
