Why is our VFL team so shit?

Surely this is the place we should load up with talent to help our reserves play in a strong team with good structure in place.

I said a similar thing to a mate Thursday , if Footscray can pull together a decent vfl team , wtf can't we .
Bare in mind though, we have a few injuries which generally stretches the Ressies with more top ups req to field the team. I'd like to think our vfl team will go much better this year
