Is it possible for a list of praccy matches, times, where, when etc?

PS Went to a VFL praccy match last year against Port Melbourne. NA kicked a nice bag ina half as i recall.... We lost by about 10 points but he kicked 5 or so. I loved every minute of it!

AFL's are subject to elimination in the NAB Cup, however the VFL have five practice matches before the 2006 season commences.

Both. But don't we have a few praccy matches before NAB cup anyway? I was sure we did.

From what i recall from previous years i dont think that you get to participate in practice matches unless you have been eliminated from the NAB cup. My memory isnt too good on the matter but i think that was the case

Thats how i recall it too. Once you're eliminated from the pre-season comp aren't you shunted off too all areas around Australia?? To play at real crap grounds?

Geelong generally has two intra-club practice matches before the NAB Cup. These would take place on the two Saturday mornings leading up to the NAB Cup fixture against the Blues at 10am at Skilled Stadium. These dates are to be confirmed.

Geelong won’t have any “Regional Challenge Matches” if we make it to the Grand Final of the NAB Cup. If we lose any of the preliminary rounds we will be subjected to playing practice matches against anyone in any corner of Australia.

Geelong’s VFL team has a dream run of practices matches I believe. Four of the five are at Skilled, all on a Saturday, with one being a curtain raiser to the AFL’s Round 1 match. Contact the club for confirmation on these matches.
