Resource Pre Game Rituals

What are your pre-game rituals? I normally say a prayer every game before Richmond play. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but I have no doubt that God is watching over and blessing this football club every time they set foot on the field. Hopefully he will allow by his grace for Richmond to win another flag this year. Do you have any pre game or superstitious activities. Praying before every game makes me much calmer when watching Richmond and I know that it helps them too

Usually I go to the toilet, pre game nerves.

Richo is my god, so I feel better if he is commentating.

I usually warm up for an hour or so, maybe get a quick massage.

Then a bit of skills training with the boys to get the mind right. Have a quick chat to the coaching staff.

After that it's just running out with the rest of the team to the theme song.

Pretty standard.
