Re: Troyhan in the twos

I'm with Blueboy, makes sense to me to bring him through the twos. When you're lacking touch, a game is a game and training is training IMHO.

Look, I'm not disagreeing, but I do reckon you get more out of a game than a training night.

Have to agree. He would have been lacking confidence in his back just to be thrown back in the 1s in a key position. Plus when you have 3 teams on top of the ladder you can afford to ease him back in.

No-one mentioned 'a training night'. Solid weeks (plural) training was mentioned. Maybe a half in the twos can be justified, before going up to the ones, but talk of further games in the twos is lunacy. He's a genuinely versatile tall who can play anywhere. I would have thought he could have been used in rotations rather than key position straight up, instead of being perched under shit kicks in a second divvie reserves forward line waiting to have someone jump straight into his back.

Not sold on a club who turfed their senior coach less than half way into the season. Belgrave aren't much chop from what I have seen, but to each their own.

so are belgrave better than what people think, or is something going on with junction??
