the tender for consultants was out about July this year. They were awarded in August with documentation stage (architectural, engineer construction drawings etc) including townplanning etc happening now. Should kick off construction early next year if all goes to plan... February I would think would be the earliest, check out the CFMEU calendar, December and January are right-offs for the construction industry, bloody traddies!
