Could anybody elaborate on what happened to Prismall at the start of the first quarter? The Channel 10 dic*heads didn't even know his name, they just said "he is out" What does that mean!? The rest of the quarter? the rest of the game? the rest of the year!!??
 
wtf?? yeah I noticed he hadn't troubled the statisticians too much, just presumed he was sitting on the pine though??
 
I found it very strange they did not even mention this during the coverage.
When a player is out for the match, surely it is worth a mention :confused:

I'm no doctor but his arm was in a sling.

I assume it was not a wrist injury. My guess is either (as previous posted), an elbow injury, sholder or a nasty collar bone.

Poor guy. I was really looking forward to him staying in the side for until the end of the year.
 
I'm sooooooooooooooo soooooooooooo sooooooooooooooo dissapointed that he got injured. What a shame!
The commentry people said (about 3 quarters after the incident happened) that his elbow was injured. Poor boy! I feel so sorry for him. :(

Actually just read the report of the game on afl.com.au it says the injury is his shoulder. hmmmmm Supose we will just have to wait and see.

Yeah sure, why not? Extend his contract for 6 years. Dont want any other teams like Boonie Doon Under 10's or Nar Nar Goon's Under 14 girls netball team to snap him up from under our noses do we?

Sorry abit off topic but Gardiner I didn't think played THAT well. His 2 goals that he got were actually gifts from team mates. He just happened to be standing there to slot them through. grrrrrr now everyone who didn't watch is gonna think his great.

Gardiner didnt do anything. Stats can be very deceiving. His 2 goals were from Mooney working his ass off and being unselfish. Same old Chucky Gardiner trash tonight.

Well the stats certainly are!! Thanks for that Renegade.. im embarrassing myself. Plus i MUST be off my head, what was I thinking when i said Charlie played a good game????

To me, he is in the catergory with David Clarke, Brent Grgic, Brett Spinks.. BUT WHY DOES HE KEEP GETTING GAMES??

Quartermain is an absolute :D:D:D:D:D' if he thinks THAT load of garbage was 'excellent', he has to have been payed off, no sane person would say the umpiring was excellent tonight.

Well I'm pretty sure that's what he said! It wasn't the umpires who cost Geelong the game - Sydney played well and Geelong crap - but there was no way that the umpiring was 'excellent'.

Apparently is a broken arm with a break on an angle across his arm. Will have a plate put in and they say maybe right in 3 weeks.

Why isn't there a shocked smiley face! Well everyone will just have to imagine I have one on right now.

GOSH! I didn't think it was that serious! THAT SUCKS!!!!!!!!! Poor guy! :( Wont it be longer than 3 weeks. Well we wont see him back in the snr's for quite some time then. Thats so sad. :(

pathetic coverage by channel ten. was it neil cordey on the boudary? he had the whole of half time to check the injuries, and when they cross to him before the 3rd Q bounce, he said we have none. they then show prismall on screen in a sling, and cordey says 'who is he? oh presnall, not sure what happened there?'

can someone bring up the stats for the swans free kicks in sydney? they aren't a protected species umpires sir!

At the start of the 2nd qtr you saw a shot of Prismall getting his arm put in a sling.He was standing in front of the bench getting it done.What did Cordy think Prismall was doing ? :rolleyes:

Then the idiot realised there was a problem after the commentators mentioned a Geelong player was talking to someone [Tom Harley] over the fence.
