Memberships Problems accessing tickets

I’ve been contacted privately by a poster who is having issues accessing tickets

Has anyone had or having a similar problem - if so how did you resolve it

Did contacting the club help or was that a pita

Useful suggestions welcome

Yeah i did. Under the "My Events" tab on the app, logout of your account in that screen and then log back in. Fixed it for me

I login to ticketek through your eagles app, then download the ticket to your google/apple wallet.

the club did email members a date/time to visit the club for assistance. this may help.

Had to log out and log back in again - I assumed due to the several months since I used the WCE app.

Nice to see the club is offering a ‘confused boomers’ session for using the app. They should also consider staff at the gates on match day to explain how bag checks and moving forward in a queue works…

Can confirm that logging out of the app, then back in worked for me after getting an error message before

Did have to update Ticketmaster password to get it to work, but pretty straightforward

Had trouble last week with the logging in to TicketMaster from the west coast app, but it worked fine today, so waiting a while also appears to work.

Tried to log in to the app, just went into buffering, can't even get back to a log in page now. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app made no difference. For some reason you get logged out if you're inactive for awhile and more often than not I have to ring them to sort it out after I can't log back in. Not annoying at all.

edit: Tried to login to the website, my browsing activity has been paused by ticketmaster, because f&*K knows.

I have logged out and back in several times. Have deleted and reloaded the app. Changes passwords but still get an error message in the my tickets section. Can check my invoice and see my membership so logged in ok.

Apparently there is a glitch where despite being logged into the app selecting my tickets from the app initiated a second logon request. This is not supposed to happen and they said of all the issues this was one they had only seen a couple of times.
I was advised to cancel the second logon request on request and the issue resolved itself.

I had issues last year. Ended up calling the Eagles and they were really helpful.

Didn't resolve it, the girl sent the tickets to my phone but that's not a permanent fix. I'm interstate at the moment, dunno if that is why I was locked out.

Just looking at the tickets saved to my apple wallet. Bright Yellow background with white numbers and letters
looks like crap to me and hard to read. The choice of colours is stupid and the person and the supervisor responsible should be sacked. Why do the tech nerds want to change things that aren't broken.
Has anyone else got the same issue as i have ?
