I heard David Fanning has been promoted for Collingwood and most likel will ruck round 1 with Josh out for atleast 6 weeks.

There's not much point just yet as neither of our rookies are ready to step up
Foley who is a rover would naturally be first in line, but he is only just returning from injury and needs to prove his fitness first.
Training reports recently mentioned that he trained the house down on his first session back, so looks like he may be going all out now there is an opening

I think he's started running again so that's a first step.

I saw one of the half's he played for Bendigo. He just looked like a natural forward who attracted and demanded the ball.
