PS2 Regional Converter

Does anyone know where I could possibly get my hands on one of these suckers?

Or failing that, does anyone know how I can get Singstar Amped from the US, to work on my PS2, as from what I can tell, it's only been released in the states and won't come out here at all.

Basically I think if you get your PS2 chipped it will play any region games. In fact that's the only thing that makes modifying your console legal.
