PS3 browser issues

Having great difficulty with my ps3 browser. It wont let me sign in on justin.tv (sign in button wont highlight) Ive also tried to get into my hotmail account, but cant highlight the junk mail link button. i've tried a direct link to a streaming channel, but instead of it loading playing, it stays black.
