PS3 Games from Bali

whats the deal with Bali PS3 games, I know PS3 has region free games so do you need to get the system mod chipped before you can play them or is it already capable of playing these games?

It's not possible to mod a ps3

If you're getting games from Bali, watch out. The PS3 cannot be modded and doesn't have any games that are copied.

If you're getting your games from Bali, make sure they're the genuine article. Which the most likely chance is that in Bali, they won't be.

ALL genuine games from around the world will work on any PS3. It's completely region free.

Does that include US PS1 disc's? I want to order a bunch of PS1 games from square-enix's US site, and though I know that US PSN PS1 (phew!) games work, I'm not sure about them as physical media...

Honestly. No idea. Is this a one time deal that is ending soon or something? If the games are cheap enough and you are willing to risk it, maybe buy 1 and see if it works then get the rest if they do?

Could try googling as well I guess and that might eliminate all need, but I wanna see you try it.
