Not sure who was responsible for the psych test the club used for drafting but it obviously has major flaws.
Any test that results in us drafting the less talented Conca over the more talented Heppell because of such an outstanding result in this test has serious issues and should be shelved immediately.
This is not meant to be a knock on Conca.
But FFS, we had Heppell training at the club at the start of the year, anyone who has ever met the kid or heard him speak for 2 minutes can see he is the most level headed, grounded, mature, natural leader you'd want to meet. He has done volunteer work in the NT with disadvantaged kids since the first year he was drafted. Any test that determines this guy is now behind others not as talented is a waste of time and needs to be shelved immediately.
