Question about Playstation 2!

I just wanted to know if i can use a contro of playstation 1 on my playstation 2? Would there be any problems with that? Is Fifa 2004 out yet?

You can use the Duel Schock number 1 controller with the PS2 but im not sure about the normal one.

Yes you can use any playstation1 controller in your playstation 2.

Yes you can, both normal and dual shock controllers. Keep in mind though that a LOT of games now REQUIRE the dual shock controller to be used.

My brother started using his ps1 controller on his ps2 & although it worked he found that the whole thing kept crashing occasionally when he was using it, apparently it hadn't happened before, so he stopped.

Don't know whether it was connected or not.
