If you seriously think that why do you say it's unfortunate that he won't be with the Cats next year?

Apart from it being way to early to be able to seriously claim that about any player on the list, you understate his abilities to a great degree.

unfortunate due to the fact that in this modern football life the turnover of players is very high. more a social comment than the missing of koula.

look, koula really isnt up to the grade, plain and simple. as previously stated, he lacks pace and his dispoal is woeful.

see you on the DVFL board next season or you could take a trip to keilor to visit him, lovely place.

At the risk of being correct, I think you'll be spending a lot of time on the local leagues board next season.

More than I do now? Oh boy, how exciting. Especially if it means I don't have to deal with people like you putting Paul down at every opportunity...

Keilor isn't in the DVFL and he wouldn't be playing there anyway.

The problem I think you have is that Paul doesn't do anything flashy for the sake of it. What's wrong with a player doing exactly what needs to be done and nothing more? He's as fast as he needs to be; there's no point being faster but he can be when there is. His disposal is a lot better than others, for at least he can find a forward from 50m and a teammate will get the ball from a contest.

Turnover of players is at minimum 10%. That's not very high at all, and about equal in direct comparison with the NRL, ARL and the A-League.

i think this quite obviously means that i meant visit him in keilor and not Keilor being part of the DVFL.

obviously you are his girlfriend/wife/fiance/etc with the devotion you have to this topic.

its not about being flashy or spectacular, its about skills. the games he played last year he looked lost at sea.

You're implying he'll be playing in the DVFL and playing for Keilor. He can't do both.

I'm none of the above. Besides, it's not relevant.

He did the job Mark Thompson asked him to and he did so well. In fact, he improved on his performances in '04.
Your opinion doesn't degrade that.

no, i wasnt implying that keilor park was part of the DVFL, i meant you can go visit him at keilor as that is where he is from isnt it??

he played one lees game and had far less stats in 05 than 04 so where did he improve? as orange boy??

your opinion is your opinion but general consensus is that he isnt up to the grade.

Implying both means that yes, you are implying that they work together. I'm glad though, that you finally noticed he played for Keilor Park rather than Keilor.

He also had less time on the ground due to being played in a different role, and therefore his stats changed accordingly. He tackled more, but used the ball differently. He improved physically and his game was far more refined. You'll note that in the one game he was on the ground for a similar amount of time to those in late '04, he racked up 24 disposals, while in those games he had less match time he still managed to average highly.

your opinion is your opinion but general consensus is that he isnt up to the grade.

General consensus? You don't speak for everyone, then.

If ever you wanted to chase Koula, now would be the time Koula girl. He is unfiot as buggery.

Hell, his tackle attempts were that weak youd be able to fling him to the ground no worries also :)
