Hey. I was cruising through bigcricket.com and noticed some threads with representative cricket. I'm not actually a bigcricket member but go there from time to time. I noticed that in some of their club games they had guys that I recall playing over at bigfooty too so I was just unsure what happened then when it came to selecting a representative side?

Also I read that state of origin ain't on this year...why's that? I miss all forms of SoO :(

SoO got in the way.

It meant that all the people not selected sat twiddling their thumbs for ages getting bored, plus even those picked on the whole would rather have been playing for their clubs.

As for your frst question, basically when we played the inter forum comp they had to state which forum they were going to represent.

This year BF are going to the WC so selection will be from the one day stats.

Apparently no Test series this year which is a shame as I was looking to reclaim the captaincy.

How is it made so interforum games are fair? If you play well in club games your stats go up don't they? Couldn't forums unfairly boost the players that they want to play in rep cricket?

I guess that simply wouldn't be fun then. I sure as hope there is a test tour because I'd be a chance for selection at least in the squad.
