Need help trying to identify a song.

I really don't listen to anything besides hip hop, reggae, dub, rnb etc

Now.

It's a band, they're Irish and the song is about the recession but it features a girl on the vid and how they've been together for a while but know each other a lot more over the last few moments of their life.

Dude gets a job in the states, quits his job and moves back to Ireland with said girly friend.

What the hell is the song?
