MODS:
Feel free to combine this with another (non-banter) preview thread, if one comes along...

Looking forward to this one.

Broomy and Aish in for Varcs and Coxy makes for a more mobile team, with more options to take a turn through the middle.

Hopefully, a few players are better for the run last week and can give us a more even performance.

Hoping for a bigger effort from Grundy in the ruck, and Moore up forward too, but life will remain tricky for forwards unless and until our kicking improves - better quality F50 entries was Sando's main task, so I hope he's had a big week!

Skills seems to still be a major issue for this week's opposition too - and they still leave too much to too few, although Prestia and Caddy help.

Pies by 20 to 30.

We just win.

56 points.

Meh to the dust bin, we have Pendlebury.

10 goal win.
Richmond are soft, only really pulled away from Carlton in the last. They will struggle against our pressure and contested ball game. Key will be our delivery into 50 for our forwards but also to protect against being vulnerable to turn over fast breaks.

We need Moore to play a defensive role.

What do you mean by a defensive role?

Happy to take any win at this stage. Richmond are too unpredictable and we are hot and cold to have any real confidence about the result.

I'm reasonably confident we'll finish above Richmond, but I'm not so confident about the result tomorrow.

Blind Faith says Pies by 30 pts. However, as has happened previously against us Dusty, Jack & Rance will almost certainly have season defining games and we'll struggle to overcome them. We'll win because our worse 6 are better than their worse 6 but expect your fingernails to get a fair workout.
