I’ve had just about enough of him.
Watching him sitting on the deck whilst his opponent kicks a snag annoyed the shit outta me.
I get he's inexperienced and he does a fair bit of good, but the bad outweighs the good on too many occasions still.
The fact we rely on his attacking game because of who we are carrying back there is a concern

We get no drive out of Milera and Max is being hampered. So solution.
1) Bring in Bond to lock down on small forwards and drop Milera
2) swing Dawson back to then have a back half of Muz, Worell, Keane, Bond plus Dawson, Max with Laird off the bench.
3) Cumming takes 1 wing and Curtin the other
4) Nankervis to sub or even dropped for Ryan or Edwards brought in a sub
5) Crouch out for Draper
6) Taylor out for Schoenberg
Bond, Schoenberg in for Milera and Crouch
Draper into regular spot and Nank to Sub
Hinge replaced by Berry or Ryan, preference is Berry.
Midfield of Soligo, Draper, Rankine, Peatling along with Berry
Out: Hinge (susp), Crouch, ROB
In: Edwards, Fogarty, McAndrew
Maybe make Taylor sub, for balance reasons? Would be fine with Draper or Nank, too

Watched the Crows SANFL game Sunday and have given the following 23 a bit of thought. It is based upon both Fog And Thilthorpe being available, and we wanting to win the game, not some play the kids ideogoly. Play them when they are ready, as Draper is. If we lose this and the Showdown, then throw caution to the wind and blood them for the future.
Berry for Zac Taylor. Berry worked his way into the game well yesterday and was the Crows best after Draper.
Fog for Curtain.
Smith for Mitch Hinge (suspended). Let Smith know this is a one game arrangement. If he excels and Milera underwhelms again, let Smith take over from Milera the following week when Hinge comes back. Edwards and Oscar Ryan did not do enough yesterday to demand selection. Let them push their case and then bring them in.
Draper into the starting 22, and getting some center bounces.
I would like to see McAndrew for O'Brien to see how he goes, but don't think we will overdo the changes. O'Brien does need to know that he is on notice.
Would love to replace Milera, but with the one week suspension given to Hinge, unfortunately he gets a one week reprieve and also should be put on notice.

Experienced player serving up poo on an all to regular basis, time to make him understand the standard required for being a senior AFL player and just drop him and make it a month, this happens every year and he is meant to be a leader.
