Bit late notice. Up until this weekend he favoured staying in Melbourne. Then changed his mind. Melbourne made him a good offer he did not accept.

Other news all close to signing Eg/ Chell the Ox.
Walsh, Whelan etc.. all signed.

Early draft pick they are trying to get in return.


December 12 possible date for AGM.

Good to hear some good news.... i did miss it the whole interview coz by the time i turned on the radio to 927am it was finished.
Chell was never going anywhere and as if Oxy will leave his beloved dees.
I'm glad they signed Walshy and Whelan (lets hope is says.... try and play a few games together in their contract coz that would be nice! ).

Farmer wanting to stay is proof of my point. Freo offered him the money a long time ago so if it was money he was after he would have left a long time ago knowing will never be able to match their offer.

good to see oxy and chell are gonna sign on. pheeew. (esp Oxy)

so u r asaying all melbourne are looking at getting are draft picks. hmmmm. i heard that we would get heathe black and freos first draft pick, THEN pass heath onto st kilda for their draft pick. with our first pick as well that will leave us with 3 picks in the top 10. That must be worht something.

Draft picks are good, but we don't have time to establish players. I wouldn't mind Mercuri or Croad though.... Croad would solve our tall forward/ defender problem so he would be ideal!

If we got Black and 4th draft pick, it would be sweet!! I reckon we will just get the draft pick tho. Offload to Hawks, we have Croad.

If we got Black, offload to Saints for their draft pick and all is lookin good!!! Doubt it happens, nothin ever goes right for us!!

Its true, we do always come out with the raw end of the pineapple at times.....like last year playing Essendon, when they had no injuries, at the best, etc. compared to this year, when nothing went their way.....same against Hawks in 1988.....but never mind.....hope things turn around for us soon...maybe when Joe gets back (lol)....your turn Dees01
