I like the old look better to be honest.

And also they now have 2 Fox Sports logos on their page. They need to fix the one in the address bar.

Just check out their website for a look. The blue/yellow colour scheme is finally gone after being there from the start.

I like the rebrand so far, the website looks cleaner, and the logo just works much better than the old one, however with that being said they have missed the boat on the channel logos, with the numbers and HD just pasted on at the bottom. There was one I saw in a preview on the news channel that just had the oval with the 1HD inside it which would have worked much better.

It will be interesting to see what the new score bugs look like (if they incorporate new ones to fit with the new look).

And also they now have 2 Fox Sports logos on their page. They need to fix the one in the address bar.

Everyone forgets the little logo in the address bar, mainly because it doesn't usually appear in the page code, rather it appears in a separate section of a webpage creator. Also the change over has been gradual throughout the day, there were times today where both logos were appearing on the same page.

What are your thoughts on this change Gibbsy?

I was fond of the identity before the previous one actually, with the original FOX "searchlights" that are synonymous with that brand as a whole. That branding disappeared early 2008 from memory.

The new logos will take some time to get used to, and it's definitely a transitional period right now. We'll get a good idea of the full identity in a month's time, I reckon. I did like how FS Australia used to be a little different though, now we just blend in with the rest. I don't think brand dilution can be used as an excuse either - we don't know any other and most people would never have watched a US broadcast of Fox Sports (or in any case, paid much attention to the branding)
