Speaking of car games, I'd love to see a new Burnout game. I've managed to put a lot of hours into Burnout Paradise on my PS3. Next Car Game: Wreckfest looks it could be pretty good, I'm just not the biggest fan of Early Access on Steam. Mario Kart 64 was an absolutely great game and I think MK8 is just as good, if not better. MK8 and Smash Bros just about makes a Wii U purchase worth it.

i would have to say the wanderers have the best chants followed by victory
rbb>north terrace>the cove> what ever Adelaides is called. got no idea what chants other teams have like city, roar, phoenix. Do mariners, Perth and jets actually have chants? never heard them while watching their home games???

It's easy to sound good in a stadium with 8000 people when 1000 people are singing/chanting. I've got way more respect for the cove than the RBB. Adelaide's active support is known as the 'Red Army', they always have a strong presence in Melbourne. City's active support is known as the 'Melburnians', and being new, they essentially ripped the best chants from each club in the league and slapped their names on it. They've only got about 600 in the active bay anyway, so it doesn't matter, you can't hear them. Roar's active support is known as the 'Den', which is great when Brisbane are winning, but nobody shows up if they're losing. Pheonix I don't know much about because they have no fans. Mariners have a brass band which is pretty quirky, but I like it. Jets have the 'Squadron', but numbers is a big issue for them. And Perth I don't know a heap about.

Thanks for this, The red Army how could I forget!!! Yeh I think I liked melbournians on Facebook a while back and they put up a video of one of their chants and it was the same as a victory one!!!! Why couldn't they just stick with their old chants?? Or did they?? Soooooooooooooooooo oooooooooo. Yes I have seen the brass band at Central coast lol and hopefully other teams like jets, mariners, perth all gain numbers so a-league is support is better it's certainly growing

Heard of the Glory's "Shed" before? Plenty of chants there.

So my bother got his ATAR score today.. 92.5

Considering he's only 16 as well, I'm amazed.
That's...actually really impressive. Puts mine to shame. Ah well, I got into the course I wanted without an ATAR anyway. And at the same time as everyone else

this whole post confuses me

ATARs came out a couple of weeks ago and 16 year olds don't get ATARs

>didn't even finish high school
>sit one single test
>able to enrol in WA's top uni for next year

all you ATAR plebs are doing it wrong.

He was deemed to smart for year three and jumped it, so he's a year ahead of his age group and therefore did year 12 this year. Considering he was doing top level Math Specialist, Maths and Physics I'm pretty impressed.

I don't know when ATAR actually came out, but he didn't check his until today. Considering WACE exams didn't finish until later November, maybe WA gets their ATAR scores later? I remember mine wasn't up until early this year.

Bryce_Jersey17 it puts mine to shame as well, but I did a course this year to boost mine and now I'm into uni for next year, so all is well.

Yeah it goes "win the league, we're gonna win the league".

The only subject I recognise there is Physics :P We've got General Maths, 2 Unit Maths and Maths Extension 1 or 2.

My course to get into uni wasn't even a year. It was one semester and I slot straight into the second semester of the course I wanted in the first place. So, I lost no time on my degree, and I get more knowledge regarding research, referencing and essay writing than people who went straight to their course

I'm super impressed, how'd that work? Did you do like a semester or something at an institute then sat the test?

Notre Dame in WA and NSW do a year long, or semester long course that can get you in with no ATAR (that's how I got in)

Aged 16 would be year 10 or if he jumped a year, year 11, which is why this puzzles me.

Unless he was already a year ahead in the first place. If he was born early in the year, his parents may have put him in the year above

Which would be nearly unheard of and would probably mean he was some crazy child prodigy. In that case, 92 ATAR, psssht.
