We beat west coasts, matched brisbanes, beat adelaides midfield just this year and we broke even with the saints the first tiem round when ball hayes and harvey played.

Dad took me to the ( i think 1977 ) night grandfinal against the roos. Siren went for the end of the game and we left to go home after a great win only to find out when we got home the game was still going and we lost after the siren.

Lenny Hayes is clearly their best I reckon, he has very strong claims for AA selection this year. He'd also be their only real star in their midfield so the poster that said they have a star studded midfield is incorrect.

Bucks should have won outright that year, by at least 1 vote, had over 30 possies in a 10 goal pumping of Footscray and the little white jellyfish didn't give him a single vote! I was at the game and if he wasn't BOG there were no Bulldogs even close and yet one of them got a vote, the year I realised the brownlow is a joke. Copeland is all that counts. Lets face it Adam (the sniper) Goodes has 2 and the Eye Gouger has one, best and fairest? Go figure!

Funny you say that i think it was round 22 againts the Bombers and Bucks had about 30 Possesions and 2 Goals in a winning preformance which only earned him 1 Vote

Hird got the 3 Votes with 15 Touches and 2 Goals in a losing performance

Athos dropped to the ground, Dunstall took the mark and kicked the goal. After celebrations Dustall went back to the square and Athos walked straight up to him and said "The next time you do that, i'll have you killed!" - Dunstall never did it again to Athos!
